AA ER-15 a ready to use stencil remover, and is designed for removal of photo-polymer, Diazo, and capillary film emulsions. This is an simi-concentrated cleaner. When used in full strength, it immediately attacks the emulsion. AA ER-15 is safe on all types of mesh and is drain acceptable to a treatment plant, after soil release, when used as directed.
Apply AA ER-15 by spray or wipe application, or in a dip tank. Use in concentrated form or at a dilution of 1part product up to 3 parts water.
After removal of ink, block-out and tape, apply AA ER-15 to both sides of a wet screen. Wait 10 seconds or more, depending on the dilution factor. DO NOT LET THE SOLUTION DRIED ON THE SCREEN.
** CAUTION **
Mild Acidic Material. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling.
